Every client completes a short health intake form before a first session. Arrive a few minutes early so there is time to talk through what hurts and what you want from the hour.

Where is the studio, and where do I park?
838 Greenville Avenue, Staunton, Virginia 24401 — a single-storey storefront on US-11, the main commercial corridor into Staunton from the south, one block north of Kline's Dairy Bar.
Park at the door — a paved on-site lot on the studio's own parcel. If you need step-free access, call before you book.
Greenville Avenue runs five lanes across this block with a centre turning lane, and 838 sits on the even, west side. Driving up from the south you cross the oncoming lanes and the door is on your left; coming down from the north it is on your right.
The two I-81 exits are not the same drive
Exit 220 is the shorter run — about two minutes less than exit 222 — so take it wherever the route gives you the choice.

Twelve, from Mint Spring at about 8 minutes to Charlottesville at about 45. Every leg below was routed to this address, so the last instruction is the real approach to the door.
Most of the valley arrives on one of three roads: I-64 and VA-262 from Waynesboro, US-250 and Statler Boulevard from Fishersville, and US-11 from Verona. Before you set off, the full menu and prices and the FAQ are each a minute's read.

Coming over Afton Mountain
Leave a margin. Charlottesville and Crozet both arrive on I-64 over Rockfish Gap, where fog has caused multi-car pile-ups more than once and is the only unpredictable part of either drive. Below the mountain it is interstate to the VA-262 exit, then four minutes of US-11.
